All the above materials are owned by Scotland 's Garden Trust (SGT). To use such materials, you must first agree to seek permissions from Scotland ’s Garden Trust, which will be confirmed in detail in writing.

Media and media downloads.

Permissions are granted for the use of the Calyx™ word and logo for general and on going media use.

No permission is granted to sell, alter, modify, license, sublicense, copy, or use the materials in any way other than has been specifically authorised by SGT in the permissions and trademark guidelines described herein.

It is acknowledged that any use granted to any individual or organisation is for an agreed purpose only and does not a transfer any title or rights. No individual or organisation obtains any ownership right, title, or other interest in SGT’s copyrighted materials or trademarks by downloading, copying, or otherwise using these materials.

SGT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANISATION FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT OR FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE GROUNDS EVEN IF SGT HAS BEEN ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
